Peach is a round shape with sweet yellow flesh, a slightly furry red and yellow skin, and a large seed in its center. This fruit has a lot of juice with light aroma and a pleasant sweet-sour taste.

You can eat peach jam directly; mix with water and add ice to make a delicious cooling drink. It is also convenient for breakfast because there is already an attractive bread jam.
Ingredients
Fresh ripe peaches: 6
White sugar: 100 grams
Lemon juice: 50 ml
Salt: 1 teaspoon
How to make
Step 1: Prepare the peach
Remove the stalks of peach, and wash them with water.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir to dissolve. Add the peaches and turn them over so that all surfaces are submerged in the boiling water for 10 seconds.
Take the peaches out and immediately put them in ice cold water for about 10 seconds.
Remove the peaches to a basket and peel the peaches starting from the tip to the stem.
Step 2: Grind peaches
Slice the peeled peaches into pieces, removing the seeds.
Put the peaches in the blender. Add to it 100 grams of white sugar, 50 ml of lemon juice and blend well.
Step 3: Make jam
Pour the peaches after grinding into a pot and place on the stove over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Until you see the mixture has a viscous phenomenon.
Allow to cool, then pour into a clean glass jar and keep in the refrigerator for about 15 days.

40ml peach syrup
20ml orange syrup
2 tea bags filter
5 lemongrass plants

How to make
Orange: Wash the and cut them in half. Cut one piece into thin slices and squeeze the other half.
Lemongrass: Cut off the stem and leaves, wash and then cut into chunks. Next, you smash the lemongrass then put it in the pot and add 400ml of water. Boil water on high heat. After the lemongrass water is boiled, turn off the heat. Put two tea bags in a glass, add lemongrass juice just boiled and brew the tea for 10-15 minutes, then take out the filter bag.
Peach: Cut into bite-sized slices.
Put squeezed orange juice into a cup of lemongrass tea. Add sugar syrup, peach syrup and orange syrup, using a spoon to gently dissolve the mixture.
Place ice cubes , sliced peach, and orange into the glass.

Ripe peaches: 4
Raw honey: 2 tablespoons
Butter: 80 grams
Thick cream: 150 ml
Mascarpone: 250 grams
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Thinly grated almonds: 1 teaspoon
How to make
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Peel the peaches, halve them, and remove the seeds.
Place the peach halves in a baking tray. Between each peach, put a small piece of butter. Drizzle honey on top of peaches. Bake for 20 minutes.
Mix the mascarpone well in the heavy cream with the vanilla and then put the mixture in the refrigerator.
After the peach is finished baking, take it out and put it on a plate. Take out the whipped cream from the fridge and cover it. Finally sprinkle on almonds and you have a delicious honey butter peach sauce covered with cream.
