The taste of calamansi likes a cross between a lime, tangerine, and kumquat with a distinct sourness and delicate floral notes.

+ 12-14 fruits

+ 3/4 cup sugar or honey

+ Water


1.Slice fruits into half and squeezer out the juice.

2. Add sugar and water to the juice and stir thoroughly.

1.Because of having organic acids, which can easily irritate the stomach lining, we should not use calamansi on an empty stomach.

2.It is recommended to drink beverages containing occlusion about 30 minutes after eating, to avoid hindering the absorption of the stomach.
